These terms describe important rules for using Glam AI website resources and app-related support information.

Additional marketplace, app, subscription, or feature terms may apply depending on where you downloaded the app and which features you use.

1. Use of the Service

Use Glam AI only in compliance with applicable law, marketplace rules, these terms, and any in-app guidelines shown to you.

You are responsible for the media you upload, the prompts you submit, the outputs you create, and the way you use or publish those outputs.

2. Media Rights and Permissions

Do not upload or edit media unless you have the rights and permissions needed to use it.
Do not create misleading, harmful, unlawful, infringing, private, or non-consensual content.
Get appropriate consent before creating or publishing content involving another person's likeness, voice, body, brand, or private material.

3. AI Outputs

AI outputs may be inaccurate, distorted, unexpected, incomplete, or unsuitable. Glam AI does not guarantee that outputs are error-free, realistic, lawful for every use, or appropriate for every audience.

You should review outputs before relying on them, sharing them, advertising with them, or using them commercially.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Paid features, subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be managed by Google Play or another authorized payment channel.

Marketplace terms may apply in addition to these terms.
